Scope and Focus
The Journal of English Language Education (JoElangEdu) is a scholarly, peer-reviewed publication dedicated to research and discourse in the field of English language teaching and learning. The journal’s content is organized around five core thematic areas:
1. Technology in ELT – examining the integration and impact of digital tools, online platforms, AI, and multimedia in language education.
2. Teaching Methods – investigating pedagogical approaches, methodologies, and classroom techniques for effective language instruction.
3. Language Skills – focusing on the development, assessment, and integration of listening, speaking, reading, writing, and critical literacy.
4. Learner Factors – exploring affective, cognitive, and socio-cultural dimensions such as motivation, anxiety, identity, autonomy, and learner strategies.
5. Material Development – addressing the design, evaluation, adaptation, and localization of instructional resources, curricula, and media for diverse learning contexts.
